Effective Date: January 15, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Jetamite platform. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Key Definitions
"Jetamite" refers to the company registered in Busan, South Korea, operating the platform at jetamite.com. The "Service" includes all tools, tokens, premium features, and content accessible through our web interface or API.
"User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the service, regardless of account status. "Premium Version" refers to the paid tier offering enhanced allocation specs and advanced tools as detailed on our Services page.
These definitions apply throughout this document and any related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
- • Reverse engineering any part of the service
- • Automated scraping or data mining
- • Reselling access credentials
- • Using services for illegal activities
- • Interfering with platform security
User Responsibilities

- ✓ Provide accurate registration data

Premium Access
Premium subscribers receive priority support and advanced tools. Annual plans include our anniversary celebration benefits announced in 2026.
Token allocation follows the specifications published on our Services page. All premium features are subject to the 15-year celebration terms.
Account Termination
Jetamite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will receive written notice via email at least 7 days before termination, except in cases of fraud or security breaches. Upon termination, all access to premium features, including any promotional anniversary allocations, will cease immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.
Legal Disclaimers & Limitations
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice to address security vulnerabilities.
Jetamite is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, except where required by South Korean law. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, and materials provided through Jetamite remain our exclusive property. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.
Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be implemented without compensation. The "Jetamite Standard" methodology is protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party APIs and services. Jetamite is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these external services. Users agree to comply with the terms of service for any third-party integrations they enable.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Jetamite services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Busan, South Korea.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Initial contact: Email info@jetamite.com with subject "Dispute Resolution"
- Mediation: Parties agree to 30 days of good-faith negotiation
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration through Korea Commercial Arbitration Board
- Enforcement: Arbitration awards are final and enforceable in any court
By using Jetamite, you waive any right to class action lawsuits or jury trials.
Document Updates
These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email and platform notifications at least 14 days before changes take effect.
